Q. What happens if the internal memory fills up?
A. If the memory fills up you'll need to clear additional space for more recordings by either deleting existing recordings or transferring them to your computer.
Q. What video player do I need to play the recorded video files?
A. Any standard media player should work fine, but if for some reason your computer's video drivers are out of date, we recommend using VLC Media Player, a free download at http://www.videolan.org/vlc.
Q. What if the outlet I plug the adapter camera into doesn't face the direction I want it to?
A. You can use an extension cord or power strip to help angle the adapter by plugging it into that.
Q. When I play back my video the video is all choppy. How do I fix this?
A. If you're playing the video files back directly from the camera (via USB), this may happen if your computer has a slower USB connection. We recommend copying the video files over to your desktop, and then playing the files from there.
